• Positive: Spotless hotel with a stunning infinity style swimming pool, jacuzzi and kids pool, we had a pool access 2 bed apartment spacious with everything you could need all provided...double 4 poster bed was absolutely comfort! We got wifi included in room and around hotel pool etc...happy kiddies!! Breakfast was super plenty of choice hash browns were popular!! and really nice friendly staff. Barbara animation team and kids club really nice and good English...best hotel we have ever had in Tenerife this is a 4* not like some that are rated as 4* and clearly arent! Oh and gym and sauna included no extra charges 😊

• Cleanliness: 10 Very clean maid in every day clean room and towels and beds was done 3 times whilst we was there in a week.
• Location: 7.5 5 mins in a taxi into safari centre las Americas and free shuttle buses provided by hotel upto 6pm or €8-10 Euro in a taxi... 15 mins from airport €25 Euro each way... we thought it was a perfect location to chill relax and then head off at night for tea and a mooch around... kiddies loved it we all did 😊
• Common facilities and services: 5 Launderette on site...gym... sauna.... lockers... plenty of sun loungers and nice ones too... beach towels provided...
• Staff: 10 Reception staff lovely Gabrielle, Elias, Oliver, can't remover some names but they was all great..
• Quietness: 7.5 Quiet peaceful
• Room: 10 Brill pool access 2 bed apartment with loads of extras included like wifi ironing board iron kettle fridge utensils dish cloth tea towel!! Some supposedly 4* places we been have never had that!! Or they charge you
• Value for money: 10 I think the price was fair we were happy with what we got with this hotel had a fab week there.

• Negative: Location , grumpy staff ... guy on the reception I nicknamed happy !! Be aware of the £16 Euro for a Fanta and a slush puppy at the pool bar and also when getting your change you need to wait 10 mins on them finding a money from there reception and then handing you a note which is ripped down the middle to be explained they don't have any other notes or celotape to fix the note.
