• Positive: El diseño de los espacios comunes, mobiliario y el uso del agua para crear un ambiente relajante
• Negative: Algunos de los servicios ofertados no estuvieron disponibles. Esto restó muchísimo a la valoración de nuestra estancia. Es una falta de rigor grave. Dada la ubicación del hotel el no disponer de transporte a las playas y no tener animación nocturna siendo ambos ofertados, convierte la estancia en algo muy distinto a lo esperado y la relación calidad precio, baja co siderablemente

• Negative: how to book... is the third time that I come to the regency contry club ii send you aa e.mail nobody answeer to me... I send my sencond e.mail after three day and someone answer to me after two days and they say that there is no room available... i decide to call and who answer they say that there is a apartment aavailable but i have to book throw the web site... unfortunatly the apartment that I whould like to book was available only for 6 nights for the last night I have to change apartment but on the web site i can not book the other apartment only for one night... so i have to call again and book direct on the telefon.. I can not understand how you can lose booking ( the hotel during my stay was not fully booked)

• Room: 5 I can not understand wy this year the made doesn't clean the room every days you are a 4 stars hotel... and do not say on the web site that this year the porice are the same but the room is not clean everyday the forniture in the room are very old the jacuzzi and the shower doesn't work perfectly i think i much better to have new forniture ...moore simple but working perfectly
• Value for money: 5 this year the price payd was not correct ... less service same price...
