The new residence complex “Palau Green Village” has been conceived in accordance with Sardinian tradition and architecture. Each apartment has been built with the typical Sardinian stone and is surrounded by beautiful gardens, which are composed by plants typical of the Mediterranean wood and the granite wind-shaped rocks of Gallura. Small pedestrian paths surrounded by vegetation connect the apartments and the swimming-pool. The residence has an exclusive location, just 1 kilometer away from Palau city centre and its services, just 20 minutes ferry boat trip away from Isle of La Maddalena and its beautiful Marine Park and just 30 minutes drive from the fashioned “Costa Smeralda”. The nearest beach is only 150 meters away and it overlooks the wonderful islands of Santo Stefano and La Maddalena. The beach is surrounded by thick pinewoods, the ideal place for picnics and long walks. APARTAMENTS: carefully furnished, the apartments can be at ground floor level with fitted garden or at first floor level with fitted veranda. Each room is equipped with TV color and telephone and is available in the following types: MONO 2 BEDS: living-room with double sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom. Possibility to add a cradle. BILO 4 BEDS: living-room with double sofa bed, kitchenette, double room, and bathroom. Possibility to add a cradle or another bed.
