• Positive: I liked the lovely pool area and kids splash park. The bright & airy reception. The cleanliness throughout the hotel. The ocean view/ pool view from our balcony. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was lovely and the rooms were spotlessly clean.

• Negative: Solicitamos una cama de matrimonio. Nos dijeron que hasta que llegara el día del check in no podrían asegurarnos que hubiera libre una habitación con cama de matrimonio. Sin embargo, nos enteramos al llegar, que el Hotel NO dispone de camas de matrimonio. Otra cosa negativa es que se nos cayó un bañador desde la terraza y aunque nos dijeron que lo recogerian, no lo hicieron.
