• Cleanliness: 5 no limpiaron la tostadora ni la cafetera ni la vitrocerámica y el suelo tanto del apartamento como de la terraza no estaba bien barrido, los pies negros cuando nos descalzamos

• Staff: 5 el chico de recepción nos interrumpió a mi pareja y a mí en el apartamento a las 11:00 am para entrar a poner un mueble nuevo (nosotros ni lo pedimos ni lo esperábamos, podría haber esperado a que abandonaramos el apartamento ya que ese día hacíamos e check out y sólo faltaba una hora para ello)

• Positive: The room was clean and modern..just as described on the website
• Negative: Very hard to check in as no member of staff on reception.. between the hours of 20.00 and 08.00 you are to check in at Nachosol Atlantic..Nothing mentioned about check in out with those times..we had to wait almost 20 mins to check in..Tried ringing both buzzers but no joy.. By sheer luck a maid was in the area who called for someone to help..There needs to be a better system in place if there it’s no longer a reception..
• I RECOMMEND it for... Young travelers, Couples, Peace seekers, Classic style lovers, Modern style lovers, Budget travelers, Business travelers, Travelers with a car
• I recommend it especially AGAINST... Older travelers, Families, Luxury, Handicapped, Healthy lifestyle
• Cleanliness: 7.5 Used to Servatur Casablanca’s 7 days a week cleaning service
• Location: 7.5 15 minutes walk to Commercial centre and at most €4 for taxi back if you don’t fancy the walk back up the hill
• Common facilities and services: 7.5
• Staff: 7.5 Only met the maintainence man 3 times in the 2 week holiday and English was definitely not his speciality..And the maids maybe a couple of times to say Hola
• Quietness: 10 Well away from the commercial centre late night noise..Some noise from beach area but not after 11pm
• Room: 10 Room was decent size and had great views to being on top floor
• Value for money: 10 Definitely well worth the money

• Negative: Las Balinesas están sucias y las televisiones están antiguas. Además se dudó de que nosotros habíamos comprado un apartamento con terraza en vez de uno sin terraza y nos intentaron cobrar 6 euros más día/persona.
