• Positive: The staff, reception, restaurant, cleaning and pool bar were amazing. So polite and nothing was too much trouble. A reason why we have returned for the third time.
• Negative: Sadly there are a few areas which I need to share. We booked this holiday as a 60th birthday celebration and paid for our family to stay too. We decided that we would book the premium bungalows. However, our bungalow was No. 321 which was immediately behind the stage and bar. Music is played from 11 am until 10pm every day and is at times, very loud. However, if asked they do turn it down slightly, but nevertheless it is still disruptive. When a band/entertainment play the level of music is unbearable and despite shutting the bathroom window (which is immediately next to the back of the stage) and shutting the bathroom door the level and beat of music is still very audible. It is such a shame that paying extra for this bungalow the only benefit is space, but peace and quiet is the compromise. For this reason, I wish we had booked a classic room. One of our daughter's was booked in 331 and again, this was positioned to the side of the pool bar so noisy. In our room, there were two large areas of excessive damp and peeling paintwork in the bedroom and under the mirror by the bathroom. I would have expected this to have been rubbed down prior to our visit, as opposed to leaving it to flake off. Some utensils were missing from our room (sharp knife, plate and corkscrew). In our other daughters room, 333 they were missing a toaster. I would recommend an inventory be checked prior to each check in. Its such a shame about our experience as we love everything else about the Caybeach Princess.

La verdad fue nuestra primera vez en canarias y fue de lo mejor la comida muy rica el lugar muy bien ubicado la limpieza genial y la atención 20/10 la gente y su cariño al atendernos darnos los mejores datos y ayudarnos a disfrutar la isla fue lo máximo no nos queríamos ir y sin duda volveremos un lugar para estar en familia con full actividades para los niños y la habitación súper linda de verdad nos encantó todo

• Location: 7.5 Sehenswertes ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, in jede Richtung ein Ziel.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Notwendiges ist vorhanden, Bar bis 22 Uhr, Minimarkt und Unterhaltung vorhanden.
• Staff: 7.5 Personal ist stets freundlich.
• Quietness: 5 Außen ist es ruhig. Der Innenlärm hängt vom Nachbarn ab. ;-)
• Room: 5 Bett ist bequem, Couch nicht zu benutzen. Ansonsten alles Notwendige vorhanden und funktionsfähig.
• Value for money: 5 Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis scheint gegeben.
