• Positive: The staff were really helpful and friendly at all times. We booked a refurbished suite which was really nice but our friends were in a standard room which was a bit basic. Air conditioning didn't work but also needs it in the living area rather than just the bedroom.

• Positive: La zona de la piscina inferior, la superior tenía cloro excesivo. Buen trato del socorrista.
• Negative: Los apartamentos estaban deteriorados ( manecilla de ka ventana rota y pomo de la puerta del baño colgando). Numerosas hormigas por todo el aparramento además de cucarachas en la cocina, y un pequeño árbol justo al lado de la ventana de la habitación (nido de mosquitos e insectos).
