• Location: 10 Next to Sagrada Familia Cathedral and metro stop. Many restaurants nearby. Next to grocery store and 1 block from internet spot

• Staff: 5 Staff was friendly however check in took a while because they kept taking fares for parking lot next door.
• Quietness: 5 On busy street. A bit noisy

• Positive: Nulla da eccepire. Appartamenti molto belli, confortevoli e puliti. Ottimo anche il fatto di avere la cucina a disposizione (se si utilizzano le stoviglie, basta metterle nella lavastoviglie e la sera si ritroveranno pulite). All’angolo si ha a disposizione un supermercato aperto H24. Personale disponibile. La fermata della Metro “Sagrada Familia” ti permette di avere due linee della metro (L2-L5) con le quali si raggiunge buona parte di Barcellona (consigliato il carnet di 10 viaggi a € 7,20 invece di € 1,30 per il singolo biglietto).
• Negative: Le Camere sono sicuramente silenziosissime ma solo quelle interne e cioè le numero dispari 101-103 ; 201-203 ; 301-303 etc… Le altre danno sulla strada e sono belle a livello di panorama (si vede la Sagrada Familia) ma sono più sicuramente più rumorose.

• Cleanliness: 10 Appartamento molto pulito. Ottima la possibilità di poter utilizzare le stoviglie della cucina e di inserirle nella lavastoviglie. La sera si ritrovano lavate.
• Location: 10 La vicinanza (mt. 100) alla fermata della stazione Sagrada Familia, ti permette di utilizzare le linee metro L2-L5. Ottimo per poter visitare tutta Barcellona. Consigliato il carnet di 10 viaggi a € 7,20 (Il singolo viaggio costa € 1,30...)
• Common facilities and services: 10 L%27appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario. All%27angolo dell%27edificio è ubicato anche un supermarket aperto H24 tutti i giorni. Ottimo per comprare qualche cosa da mangiare e bere dopo una intera giornata fuori a fare turismo.
• Staff: 10 Nulla da eccepire.
• Quietness: 10 Non si sentiva volare una mosca. Per gli amanti della quiere ATTENZIONE però a richiedere gli appartamenti interni (numeri dispari es. 101, 103 - 201, 203...perchè danno su di un ampio cortile interno. Quelli pari, sono più rumorosi perchè lato strada (traficcata).
• Room: 10 Grandi, spaziose, confrotevoli, luminose e ben arredate. Ottimo.
• Value for money: 10 La valutazione prezzo/qualità è sicuramente positiva. In giro, magari poco più centrale, con lo stesso prezzo per due persone, ho trovato solo B&B alcuni senza il bagno in camera... Nessun dubbio !
